Reason for reporting: Similar behavior to Nami 1235. Constantly using the {{rotate|180}} template on JD Vance and other pages, as well as similar vandalism on other wikis. Also check Shirohige 29912 as they also seem suspicious. (Please note that these accounts are already locked, but are most likely related to each other). Jeff G. Sorry my earlier message was not clear. I would like to say that account Hatuanvu2526B uploads photos of locations in Hanoi (such as street scenes). It also appears that this account names files in Russian/Ukrainian. These behaviors appear similar to some of Đăng Đàn Cung’s recently blocked accounts, such as Special:Log/Ferdimma9A, Special:Log/Baophucminh53G and Special:Log/Alouette99I. P. @Микола Василечко: I don't see any evidence of vandalism, but I do see a lot of almost certainly out-of-scope, presumably personal, pictures. I see you gave warnings about lack of permission, rather than raising a scope issue with them, so I don't think they've even been usefully warned of anything.

Which (if any) of their uploads/edits appear to be vandalism? Why is there any more doubt about "own work" here than for any typical new user?

I'll warn them about scope, but once I delete their uploads as out-of-scope personal file (which we should do soon) it would be difficult for you to answer my questions in the preceding paragraph, so I'll leave them for the moment.
